Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-03 (version 1)

1. The service

Holos ("the Service") is a Telegram bot platform that gives you access to AI coding agents and lets you deploy and host applications. The Service is operated by an individual operator ("we", "the operator"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Beta status

The Service is in beta. Bugs, interruptions, data loss, or security issues may occur. The operator works in good faith to prevent them and to fix them quickly, and is open to your feedback (use the /feedback command in the bot). Do not rely on the Service as your only copy of anything important — commit and push your projects to external Git hosting regularly.

3. As-is, no warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including lost data, lost profits, or damages caused by AI-generated output or by applications you deploy. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in total to the amount of fees you paid for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for the code you run, the content you submit, and the applications you deploy through the Service. You must not use the Service for anything illegal, for attacking or harming others, for sending spam, for mining cryptocurrency, or for circumventing the platform's resource limits and isolation. The operator may stop your containers, restrict features, or suspend your account when reasonably necessary to protect the platform or other users.

6. AI agents

Your messages and relevant workspace content are processed by third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenRouter model providers) to generate responses. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing anything you use or deploy. Where you connect your own AI provider account, that provider's terms and billing apply to that usage.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Paid tiers are billed in cryptocurrency via CryptoPay. During beta, all payments are final and non-refundable. Prices, tiers, and included allowances may change; material changes will be announced and, where required, will re-trigger your acceptance of these Terms. Resource usage of deployed applications is metered; during beta, usage beyond your tier's allowance is reported to you but not charged until a paid usage model is announced.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with the effects described in Section 5.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. When they change materially you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service; if you do not accept within the announced grace period, your access is paused and your deployed applications may be stopped until you accept.

10. Administration panel

The administration panel at admin.slonix.dev is an internal tool for authorized administrators only. Administrators must not share access tokens, must treat user data visible in the panel as confidential, and must not perform destructive actions without cause.

11. Contact

Questions and feedback: use the /feedback command in the bot.

These Terms are drafted in good faith by the operator and have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel.
